Senior Marketing Manager:

Do you get excited when you’re challenged to sell a widget to a new audience? Is entertainment your thing or binging a series on any available device? Well, TiVo is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, who’s looking to be part of a turnaround story. As the Senior Marketing Manager on the small but mighty TiVo Consumer team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue expansion, acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will work across the TiVo organization to launch innovative integrated marketing campaigns that drive both hardware and service sales. Primary Responsibilities include:

· Drive annual and quarterly development and execution of all TiVo’s direct channel promotional campaigns
· Create optimal promotion structure that drives consumer engagement, acquisition, and retention
· Own annual and quarterly promotion calendar
· Manage external creative team to drive optimal marketing support
· Establish performance KPI’s for all programs and report on regular basis
· Lead bottoms up sales forecasting process for TiVo’s direct channel
· Partner with Analytics personnel and leverage software to determine regular and promotion sales by SKU
· Collaborate with Customer Service to devise and manage sales & marketing efforts specifically for this channel
· Educate CS personnel on planned promotions
· Create incentives to drive product and service upsell
· Generate analytical findings in partnership with the Analytics team to improve ongoing and future promotion strategies
· Lead quarterly and annual promotional review process
· Cross-Functional Marketing Lead
· Foster reciprocal partnerships across the TiVo organization

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 5-7 years of marketing experience with a direct or online consumer-based company
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven track record of launching successful integrated marketing campaigns towards consumers
· Demonstrated strategic thinker with ability to leverage large sets of data to drive insights and make decisions
· Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a highly cross-functional teams
· Experience managing creative agency
· Experience with lifecycle management
· Highly detailed-oriented, analytical, and strong presentation and written skills
· Must be a self-starter with the drive to succeed and overcome obstacles
