JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified Security Administrator to join our team. Under the direction of the FoxNext Games IT Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure security systems including FoxNext Games servers, software and solutions. If you have 7 to 10 years minimum of experience as a Security Administrator, we encourage you to submit an application.

Responsibilities

Perform security vulnerability, penetration tests, networking scanning assessments, audits, forensic investigations and mitigation procedures in accordance to information security best practices
Defend and protect digital files and systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction
Recommend, install, manage and report on customer-facing IT security solutions including, but not limited to, anti-virus, anti-malware, DNS filtering, SIEM monitoring, DLP, patch management, and encryption
Collaborate with Fox Content and Information Security for optimal secure environment for FoxNext Games
Perform special projects and participate as a technical advisor for a variety of ad-hoc information security and logical user access projects that will be dictated by IT Director and technological developments
Develop, deploy, and coordinate security conscious protocol and policies for FoxNext Games pre-released assets and existing work products
Lead efforts to architect and deploy new emerging software and hardware solutions including FoxNext Games SEIM log management systems and data center network
Provide security support to end-users and work with application and functional teams to encourage a security mindset throughout the FoxNext Games product development processes from concept to testing and implementation
Respond to, and remediate, security alerts generated from monitoring systems in a timely manner
Occasionally serve as escalation point for customer support requests

Qualifications:

Possess and maintains strong knowledge of network and server environments including (but not limited to) server operating systems, virtualization technology, email platforms, cloud services, networking and security
Strong background with IT security strategy, architecture and design (firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Virtual Private Networking, and virus/malware protection technologies – behavioral based a plus)
Previous experience with IT Security within a development organization, experience with client support in video game development a plus
Knowledge of Cloud & LAN/WAN design and general internetworking technologies. Hands-on experience a plus
Ability to administer security within AWS, Apple, Windows, Linux, Google. and VMware systems
Strong background in Microsoft AD management a requirement
Experience with SIEM log management systems a plus
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with employees, customers, vendors and management
CISSP certification required
CEH certification preferred
MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or VCP certifications a plus
