We’re looking for a talented, motivated content marketing manager who thrives in a fast-growing eCommerce environment. This role is focused on developing, creating, and optimizing content to support the digital buyer journey and our Video marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition growth and improved retention.

Your charter will be understanding the Video editing and post production buyer needs and journey along with the current dynamics that drive the inbound channel and developing content roadmaps and editorial calendar to accelerate those dynamics or tap into them to drive growth. You must have excellent writing, editorial and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and manage the Video content roadmap and editorial calendar working closely with cross functional teams to support the buyer journey and business objectives.
Influence marketing program plans and tactics to enhance the reach and visibility of all created assets.
Plan, produce and distribute content to reach video editing and video post production buyers, create awareness, generate leads, and nurture them.
Lead and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and fulfill content needs for all phases of the campaign lifecycle and buyer’s journey.
Influence new content development initiatives by collaborating with various subject matter experts.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of all content marketing efforts. Leverage findings to continually tune the editorial calendar and roadmap.
Identify opportunities to repurpose existing marketing assets into other forms of content, updating and modifying them as needed.
Establish and manage relationships with business development reps, sales, channel and field marketers to build and execute content that meet geo requirements.
This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly into the Sr Director, Demand Generation Center.
Travel is estimated at 10%
Office Based role located in Burlington, MA.

Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum of 10 years of experience creating digital content such as white papers, ebooks, videos, blog posts, web pages, infographics, customer stories, webinars and presentations.
Exceptional copywriting, copyediting, proofreading skills along with strong verbal communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
Proven ability to conduct content reviews, stakeholder interviews, content audits and inventories, and content performance analysis.
Attention to detail, organized, good project management, able to hit deadlines.
Background in journalism, PR or Communications preferred; especially for technical or media & entertainment focused companies.
Strong understanding of inbound and content marketing strategies, web technologies and end-to-end marketing ecosystems.
Must have a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
Passion for video editing is a plus.
