MESA Europe Breakfast Briefing
Virtual & Augmented Reality
12th July 2016, London
Answering your questions on Virtual and Augmented Reality
It is inconceivable that anyone even remotely connected with the entertainment and technology industries will have missed the focus on Virtual and Augmented Reality over the past twelve months or so. To most, however, the discussion throws up more questions than answers.
At the forthcoming MESA Europe breakfast briefing, the focus will be on providing answers to all those questions, including:
- How big an impact will VR and AR have on the Entertainment sector and in what timescale?
- Is VR mainly for ardent gamers and technology enthusiasts or will it extend beyond these groups?
- What are the implications on the viewing experience and which devices will support this? Today? In the foreseeable future?
- What are the implications for the content production and distribution communities?
- Is this something that broadcasters and OTT service providers will support and how will they engage?
