The HITS Europe activity launched early in 2014 has raised a number of interesting industry discussion topics, collaborative initiatives and cross industry discussion forums.

MESA Europe is pleased to announce that this year’s annual  HITS Europe update event will take place in London on Thursday 25th June, with the focus, once again, on how industry collaboration across the IT, systems and operations areas can assist in driving efficiencies within the home entertainment sector.

The business environment in which the industry operates, is being transformed as a result of fast paced technology and IT systems development, an evolving competitive framework and the ever changing consumer wants and needs. All this is combining to intensify the challenges that the content community and its supply partners now face.

Following the highly successful inaugural HITS Europe event in Q1 2014, spin-off workshops on Metadata, Analytics and Content Localisation have all helped in identifying areas where collaboration across the industry as a whole can be of significant benefit to all parties.

During this conference we will draw on the outcomes from these workshops, and previous MESA Europe events on Security and Rights Management, in order to provide a comprehensive picture of the changes taking place and the wide range of opportunities that this creates.

The HITS Europe conference will provide a full afternoon of presentations, panel discussions and open floor debate among senior level industry figures and decision makers with a keen interest in the hot topics outlined.
