Metadata Madness (Will it EVER Stop?)
“Smart” Content was born from the idea that “Metadata Madness” was sweeping through our industry at unprecedented speed. Each year’s Summit has provided an update on where we sit with adoption, engagement and collaboration among studios, TV networks and their service provider partners. MESA’s Language Metadata Table (LMT) Working Group is a forum for increased exchange of ideas and expertise in the meta(data)verse. This session looks at the core framework and provides insight into why this Working Group was formed and what new objectives are being proposed.
