Tracy Wright is an HR Business Partner to the Corporate functions group at Netflix. This is the third chapter in her eleven years with the internet TV channel; the first chapter was as a DVD buyer, followed by nine years building out multiple teams within the Content Operations group including distribution, quality control, content localization and post production to support the growth of Netflix originals. Throughout the evolution of her teams, the constant was her commitment to embodying the Netflix culture which is ultimately what led her to her move to the Talent team. Tracy has also been an active advocate for increasing accessibility of the Netflix catalog and growing diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, both as a leader in the Pride and Women’s groups at Netflix.
