As Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion for Lionsgate, Anita oversees the development and execution of these functions across multiple Lionsgate properties. She strives to lead collaborative and high-performing teams to enhance the corporate recruitment experience and spearheads D&I strategies to support engagement and development across the organization. She brings an entrepreneurial perspective to Talent Management, finding new and innovative ways to improve employer brand, find top talent and develop strategies to meet hiring goals. Born and raised in California, Anita graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in German Literature and Language.
