Pradeep is the head of Trust and Safety practice at Genpact, being responsible for creating proprietary operational frameworks, digital tools and external partnerships to deliver high quality services to Genpact’s clients at scale. The trust & safety operations at Genpact cover a broad footprint with 7 delivery centres across 4 countries, and service delivery in over 30 languages.
Pradeep has over 19 years of experience in domains related to trust, safety, and content operations, with a deep technical & product support background, having led best-in-class support operations for world’s best known technology brands. He was previously with Sutherland Global Services where he led the solutions & implementation for its proprietary support platform.
