Lizzy Paulson, Time Warner Cable

Lizzy Paulson is an independent consultant and international speaker specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), consumer and employee engagement and experiential marketing.

Formerly, as Events Director, Corporate Brand and Reputation, at Time Warner Cable, Lizzy Paulson oversaw the execution and management of local and national events for the company’s philanthropic outreach, including the signature Connect A Million Minds. Lizzy oversaw a team that traveled extensively creating impactful events that not only engaged customers and employees, but moved the needle on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education for our youth.

Joining Time Warner Cable in 2009, Lizzy established the PacWest Special Events Sales department, participating in over 120 events per year — sponsorships, festivals, fairs, concerts and street team activations. In 2012, Lizzy joined the TWC Communications team as Events Manager, producing PR and Community Relations events, including a career highlight when TWC helped bring the space shuttle Endeavour home to the California Science Center. Lizzy is exceptionally grateful to Time Warner Cable for all of the tremendous opportunities and support the company has provided her.

Prior to TWC, Lizzy worked for ETHOS Design, a global design and event production agency which managed and consulted on the fabrication, event production and design for events such as the Oscar’s Governors Ball, Ubisoft’s E3 tradeshow booth and UniQlo’s launch in Times Square.
Lizzy is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Visual Anthropology. Lizzy is also the co-founder of Valdate, the first dating app you would actually want to use. She has been a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) since 2009, and was selected as the Woman to Watch in 2013.
