HR Business Partner,
Katherine Vogt serves as an HR Business Partner at LinkedIn, a company committed to creating economic opportunity for the global workforce with a deeply held value that relationships matter. In her role, she advises the Chief Marketing Officer and CMO leadership team on all talent issues- designing and executing strategies and programs to address the challenges of attracting and retaining talent in a high growth, high change environment.
Her previous experiences are connected by a commitment to the development of people and relationships to help businesses prosper. This experience spans Talent Management, strategic HR consulting, Executive Education, Sales & Account Management, and HR Business Partner roles and functions in companies including CEB HR (now Gartner), GE Healthcare, Sony Pictures, and LinkedIn.
Katherine is a student of CTI’s co-active coaching workshops and enjoys career coaching for others- including how best to utilize the LinkedIn platform for networking and job searching. In her spare time she plans her upcoming wedding, serves on the Board of Trustees at First Congregational Church of LA, and occasionally picks up dance classes to feed her classically trained (albeit nerdy) dancer soul.
