Ms. Sunderland is an IP lawyer and consultant on Content Protection Strategies, with clients including Lions Gate Entertainment, Inc. She has comprehensive intellectual property and content protection experience, including a long career with Fox Entertainment Group where as VP of Content Protection – Anti-Piracy she managed Fox’s global anti-piracy operations to protect content in all media, including on the Internet, with a proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of strategic anti-piracy programs and policies. In her current role, she advises her clients on copyright policy matters and the intersection with digital piracy, coordinating with industry groups such as the Independent Film and Television Alliance.
