Take the DAM(n) Tour Returns (Digitally) April 15-16

For six years, the Media & Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA) and its content solutions strategists have led content owners and other NAB Show attendees on two-hour guided tours of media management providers sharing their latest products on the show floor.

While there’s no NAB Show this month, the popular Take the DAM(n) Tours will still be held April 15-16, this time as live e-tours, with Mary Yurkovic, director of Smart Content for MESA, leading attendees through the digital asset management (DAM) and media asset management (MAM) technologies from 18 companies.

“Take the Dam(n) Tour has become such an expected part of people’s NAB Show, whether they’re presenting or attending. It’s an efficient way to learn about everything DAM,” said Guy Finley, president of MESA. “We’re excited about presenting this virtual tour and it’s a good opportunity to bring a taste of NAB into people’s remote work environments.”

Running from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PT each day, each company will have 15 minutes to present their products, with attendees receiving a review of their capabilities, and the ability to discuss challenges and current trends in the asset management space. Tour participants will have their questions answered by leading experts and explore the technologies that complement overall content strategies.

BeBanjo, Caringo, Digital Bedrock, EditShare, Eluvio, GrayMeta, Meta Data Systems Limited, Prime Focus Technologies, Signiant, Sohonet, Sony Electronics, Synamedia, Tape Ark, Teradici, Veritone, Verizon Media, Vistex and Whip Media Group are all set to present.
