Iyuno Media Group COVID-19 Update (MESA)

We are living through an unprecedented time of adjustment, whilst the creative world of media localization shifts. As we adopt remote workflows, Iyuno Media Group believes it is the perfect opportunity to focus on our wellbeing, embrace innovation and turn to technology to help to drive efficiency.

Since our last communication, there have been no additional changes to the status of Iyuno global facilities. However, as the spectre of this pandemic continues to reveal itself, we anticipate that more facility closures may be ahead.

Due to the persisting impact on our studio operations from the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we continue to accelerate the development and deployment of our Remote Dubbing Platform and Application. This new capability is yet another resource we are leveraging to respond and adapt to the current environment or any future business disruptions.

This week we have expanded the testing of our software and hardware, advancing beyond unit and component testing to end-to-end workflows – encompassing remote recording locations, directing, session management, and further downstream post-production, mixing, QC package and delivery.

In the next phase of our deployment, we are inviting a limited number of customers to join our beta trials. If you are interested in participating, please contact us at [email protected]. This development, among a number of the transformations we are implementing, will forever strengthen our company, our industry, and the world for the better.

We continue to deliver high volumes of subtitling and media services through our cloud-based MSX platform and fully functioning customer support operations.

Iyuno is persistent in following the recommended business guidelines of local governments, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are emphasizing the importance of playing our part in controlling the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and providing the safest possible conditions within the studios where we still operate.

Our team leverages a global community of partner studios to fulfill production demands. Each partner studio has its individual stance regarding work from home policies and closures and must make its own decisions about its workforce. We are ensuring that partner studio production impacts are included in direct communications from your main Iyuno business point of contact.

Below is the current status for each of our owned and operated global facilities.

We are relentless in adjusting for and responding to the changes that are affecting our world and industry. We are united in our global struggle to contain the COVID-19 virus, and the Iyuno team is committed to doing our part to keep our colleagues, friends, and families well wherever they may live. Be safe, stay healthy and know that we appreciate your continued support as we navigate this difficult time in our community. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
