ShowStoppers Returns to Mobile World Congress Feb. 23

ShowStoppers — a regular press event featured at CES, the NAB Show, CE Week, IFA and more — returns to Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona for the 13th year on Feb. 23.
The three-hour, invitation-only event will connect roughly 500 journalists to product launches, previews, demos and executive interviews by mobile and wireless device manufacturers, wireless and 5G service developers, content creators, VR/AR companies and more.
The event at the Maritime Museum in Barcelona will begin at 3 p.m. local time. The Content Delivery & Security Association’s (CDSA) International Cybersecurity & Content Protection Summit is being held in cooperation with ShowStoppers.
“Now in its 25th year, ShowStoppers is the global leader in producing press and business events spanning the U.S., Europe and Asia,” a press release read. “Each event organizes product launches, sneak previews and demonstrations for selected journalists, bloggers, industry and financial analysts, venture capitalists and business executives. Industry leaders, innovators and startups exhibit to generate news coverage and product reviews, make new connections, promote their brand and open new markets.”
