Genpact Wins 8 Human Capital Management Excellence Awards (MESA)

Global professional services firm Genpact had been honored with eight 2019 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards, which recognize global talent development programs, hiring practices and corporate culture, the company announced Jan. 16.

The awards program honors those who’ve excelled in the talent management and human resources industry, and recognized Genpact’s learning and development program and talent acquisition initiatives, which provide employees with future-ready skills to drive digital transformation for clients. Mobile programs, social and learning and leadership development were all recognized.

Among the awards were five gold, for Best Certification Program, Best Advance in Corporate Culture Transformation, Best Advance in Leadership Development for Women, Best Unique or Innovative Workforce Management Program and Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process; along with three silver: Best Use of Social and Collaborative Learning, Best Use of Blended Learning and Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Management Strategy.
