DXC Technology Appoints Kristin Slattery to Corporate Operations Role (MESA)

DXC Technology has announced the appointment of Kristin Slattery as vice president of corporate operations, a new position in the Office of the Chief Executive.

Slattery will report to company president and CEO Mike Salvino. Her appointment is effective immediately.

Slattery will be responsible for driving improvements in company performance and efficiency, with a goal of enabling DXC employees to focus more squarely on serving customers. She will streamline processes, optimize operational execution and lead key cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.

Slattery spent 26 years at Accenture as a global technology and business leader. After 10 years in technology consulting, she ran operations in several of Accenture’s global and regional businesses.

This included serving as managing director, North America Geographic Operations, with responsibility for facilities, services and digital solutions – enabling 50,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada to serve Accenture clients who generated more than US$16 billion in revenue. Slattery was a member of Accenture’s North America leadership committee.

“I’m extremely pleased to welcome someone with Kristin’s experience to DXC,” Salvino said. “She is a proven operations expert and cross-functional leader who knows how to help organizations retool to put clients and people at the center of a growth strategy. I look forward to working with Kristin to improve our performance – helping things go more smoothly for our people and delivering more value for our clients.”

Slattery holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. degree in math and computer science from Bucknell University.
