Digital Edition of MESA’s Spring ‘M&E Journal’ Goes Live (SSN)

The Spring edition of the “M&E Journal” from the Media & Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA) is now live, offering nearly 30 articles authored by executives from Hollywood’s top vendors and MESA’s leadership. With a main theme of “direct-to-consumer,” the nearly-100 page magazine also includes sections focused on the latest workflows, cloud and storage, smart content and security solution trends facing the industry today.

Among the highlights in this issue that speak to the Smart Screen business:

• Spherex’s Jim Delli Santi, VP of marketing, and Pranav Joshi, director of strategic data solutions, share how end-to-end visibility of the digital supply chain can result in real-time insights that can deliver real revenue-generating outcomes.

• To benefit from the digital media supply chain in a marketing world, more fluid use of marketing assets across campaigns can reach customers both faster, and more efficiently, according to Dave Liu, principal of OnPrem Solution Partners’ digital supply chain practice.

• Chris Carey, chief revenue officer and managing director for the Americas for BTI Studios, offers his thoughts on how localization services have become critical for D2C strategies.

• Localization of content is enabling source material to resonate with a much greater impact toward intended audiences, according to Marcy Gilbert, founder and CEO of International Digital Centre (IDC).

• Scott Rose, CTO of SDI Media, sees a huge need for more people in the language localization talent pool … and a need for better tools to recruit those people.

Over the coming weeks and months, MESA will be spotlighting each of the articles published in the “M&E Journal” with republication in its newsletters and via MESAlliance.org.
