Free Test of BeBop Technology’s Cloud Post-Production Platform Now Available on Google Marketplace for Adobe Creative Cloud Subscribers (MESA)

BeBop Technology announced today at Adobe Max 2018 the immediate availability of a free, 48-hour “test drive” of its post-production cloud platform in the Google Marketplace. “We designed BeBop to be the ultimate tool for enabling creativity by freeing artists from the time, processing power, and geographic constraints of having to be on premises,” said Bruce Long, CEO & co-founder of BeBop Technology.

BeBop provides extremely powerful and highly secure virtualized desktops capable of moving processing-heavy post-production projects such as editing and visual effects to the cloud from any computer, with as small as a 20mbps internet connection.

BeBop users can process, render, manage, and deliver media files from anywhere in the world with the same industry standard tools they use every day. Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers can now navigate to https://tinyurl.com/ycr98acd to begin the free, limited trial of applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro® CC, Adobe After Effects® CC, and Adobe Audition® CC, on the BeBop platform.

Long added: “Availability of our platform in the public cloud marketplaces is the next step toward fulfilling our vision, and makes the decision about how and where to start moving post-production to the cloud easier for both individual creatives and large enterprise customers.”

The free trial provides demo content called “Robot Dance Party,” which was created live on the BeBop platform in an animation in the cloud studio at Google Cloud Next 2018. After completing the test drive, users can transition to the full commercial version of the BeBop platform to ingest their own media files via BeBop’s Rocket Uploader. Rocket is the only content ingest solution optimized for the cloud and available for a predictable monthly fee with no volume limits.

Full BeBop users will also have access to BeBop Over The Shoulder (OTS), which enables secure, remote, real-time review and approval. Additionally, customers can leverage BeBop Managed Services’ unique expertise and nine years of experience providing cloud migration solutions for the media and entertainment industry.

BeBop runs on all of the major public clouds: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. A strategic integration with Adobe to make the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications available natively on the BeBop platform worldwide was initiated in April 2018.
