Industry Thought Leaders Join S3: Amsterdam Program

The compelling lineup of speakers at the upcoming 2nd Screen Summit: Amsterdam continues to expand with the addition of three pioneering executives to the program:
- Greg Consiglio, Chief Operating Officer of Viggle the groundbreaking, consumer facing 2nd screen application that serves as a loyalty platform for television viewing;
- Orpheus Warr, Chief Architect at Channel 4 Television in the UK whose team is responsible for their IT strategy and helped launch their pioneering 4oD Video On Demand offering in 2006; and
- Bobby Boermans, the film director of ‘App the Movie’ who will share his unique insights into the making the world’s first film with a synchronized 2nd screen experience in the cinema.
Each will help anchor the day’s program by offering their unique perspectives on the 2nd screen ecosystem, the transformation of the TV viewing experience through the use of second-screen apps, and opportunities to engage with consumers outside of the living room using the 2nd screen.
The 2nd Screen Summit returns to Amsterdam Sunday, September 15 for an informative dialogue about the emerging European marketplace for 2nd screen engagement and monetization apps for smartphones and tablets. Building on the success of the 2nd Screen Summits (S3) held in the U.S. at both CES and NAB this year, S3 Amsterdam will underscore the importance of the 2nd Screen to digital distribution models being developed by content holders, brands and advertisers across the globe.
