Cybersecurity Services Market Unit
The mission of the cybersecurity services team is to secure the most valuable media assets and devices. We do so by building, delivering and supporting products and managed services to our global customer base of leading media companies like Hollywood studios, broadcasters and sports rights owners. We have the most advanced security consulting and anti-piracy teams in the industry. With access to the latest tools, subject-matter experts and technology, we are a market driven, and innovative team that values creativity, hard work and the delivery of quality results for our customers.
As a Secure System Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in delivering Irdeto’s managed-services to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and partners. You will securely provision encryption keys in a locked-down facility using custom tools and hardware security modules (HSMs). The data you produce, and store is used to securely provide a root-of-trust in silicon, enabling us to further secure consumer electronic devices (such as set-top boxes). You will also collaborate with Irdeto’s customers and partners to build and improve excellent relationships.
You will contribute:
Superb communication in person and in writing.
Deep understanding of software, hardware, networks protocols, etc.
Knowledge of encryption using symmetric and asymmetric keys, public key infrastructure (PKI), and secure information management.
It’s a plus if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in designing and deploying ASW Solutions using EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, auto scaling groups
Any of the following certifications CISSP, CISM.
Proficiency in both UNIX and Windows system administration and configuration.
Experience with auditing, quality assurance, software testing, etc.
Experience with the ISO 27001 framework.
What you will be doing:
You will champion the needs of our customers and partners:
ensure we fulfill service requests within our service level agreements,
build and maintain healthy relationships and be accountable for customer emotional experience, and
periodically travel for onsite meetings, to support new services, and to assist our sales team to deliver new services.
You will participate in regular key production activities at our secure keying center, including key provisioning, software signing, key distribution, production system configuration, and inventory management.
You will share ideas with Product Management to improve the quality of our services and products, and liaise with our European colleagues to report bugs, verify fixes and validate new software releases.
You will support ISO 27001 certification activities:
ensure compliance and awareness of procedures to securely handle all information assets and their associated risks,
constantly look for security and process improvements throughout our processes & procedures, and
conduct security audits on our internal processes to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities and suggest improvement.
You will help us build and provide new security services for customers, such as penetration testing, security assessments, or something we haven’t thought of yet.
