What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work collaboratively and closely with the Resource Manager and Project Managers to help manage projects and company resources in a way that is most beneficial to the Company. This position will help ensure appropriate resources are assigned to projects, resources are not over/under booked, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position will have a huge impact on revenue at ISE. This is a great way to get your foot in the door at a fun and smart company!

Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, no two days will be the same, but some things you may do often are the following:

  • Coordinate technical and service delivery activities – projected project start date and projected project end date.
  • Assist Resource Management to assign/schedule technical analyst(s) to projects and ensure the work is completed on time and to a level that satisfies/exceeds customer requirements.
  • Analyze and report on resources available versus project demand.
  • Keep technical analysts aware of hours available on projects and current hours used.
  • Assist Resource Management to ensure resources are not under/over utilized.
  • Assist team members in the project process from kickoff through completion, scheduling meetings, recording notes, and delivering information.
  • Assist Resource Management in forecasting resource availability.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

What you need to bring to the table to get the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience service delivery coordinator or project coordination, plus but not required.
  • Experience interfacing with both internal and external clients, plus but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills – traditional or non-traditional.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner.
  • Current knowledge of the security industry, preferred.
  • Analytical/ critical thinking ability.
