- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment with an emphasis on Project Management and development experience.

Description
Information Security is looking for an experienced Information Security professional and manager able to handle guiding the execution and development of the information security program. This person will oversee a portfolio of projects and project managers and enforce program cadence and data integrity for reporting on and driving security initiatives. In this role, you will assist various sponsors in establishing strong security solutions, while prioritizing deliverables across the portfolio, and helping to identify bottlenecks, problems, and obstructions to timely, on-budget outcomes. The candidate will ensure that each execution of the project is consistent or surpasses established Program Office standards and deployment.
The candidate will also focus on development of key talent on the team, helping reports grow and strengthen their technical and soft skills. General team management and support will be necessary. The ideal candidate is technically adept, socially compelling, can capably handle strong personalities, and has extreme attention to detail.
Education
Prefer: Bachelor/ Master Degree or equivalent work experience
