I lead the Presales and Customer Success Teams for LiveTiles. I am responsible for the full customer lifecycle and innovation portfolio helping both partners and customers understand the value of intelligent transformation through LiveTiles. I have over 15 years’ experience in business analysis, software development, consultancy, and management in the Microsoft space, specifically SharePoint, Office 365, Azure and .NET.

From a consulting background I have extensive experience in solutions sales and presales, product development and positioning, project and change management, negotiation and people management.

I believe in an outcome based approach with a focus on user experience and adoption, where it is not about the technology but the business benefits it can bring.

I develop strong relationships with customers and partners. I am a confident public speaker and often engaged to speak to senior leadership and boards, I regularly present at seminars around Australia and the USA about intranets, digital disruption, collaboration, user adoption, digital workplaces and intelligent transformation.Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Systems Development & Management Science from the University of Canterbury.
