NAB Show: BeBop Technology Announces Integration with Adobe to Enable Creative Cloud Applications on the BeBop Cloud Platform (MESA)

BeBop Technology announced today a new integration with Adobe to make Adobe Creative Cloud available natively on the BeBop platform worldwide. BeBop will also join the Adobe Technology Partner Program.
The rollout will initially focus on enabling a seamless experience on the BeBop platform for video and audio authoring with the addition of Adobe Premiere Pro® CC, Adobe After Effects® CC, and Adobe Audition® CC, all part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The integration creates a working environment for many important aspects of post-production, including editing, visual effects, sound editing and mixing.
“The ability to run Creative Cloud applications on the BeBop platform can help the media and entertainment industry realize the full potential of editing in a virtual environment,” said BeBop co-founder and CTO David Benson.
Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers can now rent powerful virtualized desktops on the secure BeBop platform to access their existing Adobe applications. BeBop runs on major public clouds such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, and enables media to be processed, rendered, managed, and delivered from anywhere in the world on a connection as low as 20Mbps.

Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers will also be able to take advantage of BeBop’s premium Over the Shoulder (OTS) feature to remotely collaborate, review and approve editorial sessions in real time.
They will also benefit from easy access to BeBop Rocket, the only high-speed file upload solution optimized to leverage the scalability of the cloud dynamically, and for a predictable monthly cost.
