BTI Studios Appoints John Koscheka as EVP OTT Operations (MESA)

BTI Studios, one of the world’s biggest media localization companies, providing dubbing, subtitling and access services in any language, has announced the appointment of John Koscheka as its new Executive Vice President of OTT Operations.
Koscheka will oversee and lead OTT operational staff across BTI Studios from a global perspective; this will include over 60 dedicated resources in the US, Asia and Europe. Koscheka will also optimize global OTT operations workflows, and coordinate with the sales team. Finally, alongside overseeing BTI’s ongoing relationships with major OTT providers, Koscheka will also be supporting new US-based customers and establishing workflows that will drive additional growth.
Koscheka will be based in BTI’s new, expanded facility in Los Angeles, which has been custom-built to support the continuing growth of the entertainment industry across VoD and OTT platforms.
Koscheka comes to BTI with extensive experience in media operations. During his 20-year career at 20th Century Fox he oversaw worldwide customer service, localization, and television and film mastering.
He also led an industry-leading initiative to convert Fox’s delivery operations from physical media to digital distribution and helped build Fox’s cross-studio Enterprise Operations division. This included building organizational structure and standardizing workflows to support global cross-media distribution.
