Cybersecurity guidance and research firm NSS Labs has added 20-year veteran Satendar Bhatia as its new chief revenue officer, placing him in charge of driving sales and revenue expansion for the company.

“Satendar brings a proven history of success in growing revenue and sales for several enterprise software companies,” said NSS Labs CEO Vikram Phatak. “His strong background and expertise as a leader in rapidly growing global organizations will accelerate NSS Labs’ customer acquisition and growth strategy.”

Prior to joining NSS Labs, Satendar was SVP and global head of sales at Zimperium., and before that was VP of strategy and business development at CA Technologies, where he also ran sales for CA’s APJ DevOps (Service Virtualization) business. Satendar first joined CA after the company’s $330 million acquisition of ITKO, where he had served as SVP of global alliances and APJ sales.

“NSS Labs is a well-respected name in the cybersecurity industry,” Bhatia said. “The growing need for enterprises to measure security control effectiveness and substantiate their security investments through continuous security validation is a significant opportunity for NSS Labs. I look forward to working with the exceptionally strong team at NSS Labs to deliver value to our enterprise customers and partners and drive strategic growth in the market.”
