Testronic Reveals New Brand Identity

By Lyndsey Schaefer Testronic

Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance services for film and television, games, hardware, and software, just revealed its new identity, which provides a complete overhaul of the company brand.

The new brand was created to communicate the quality and integrity of Testronic’s business lines and services, in order to maintain continued growth. The emblem is formed by color coded ticks, each representing one of the four Testronic business lines: Games, Film & TV, Digital TV and Software. The supporting tagline, ‘Our assurance is your guarantee,’ is a positive commitment to the customer and promise of quality, says Mike McGarvey, Testronic CEO.

For more than 15 years, Testronic’s Film and TV division has been known for its comprehensive testing services for physical media such as DVD and Blu-ray Disc; the division has now expanded into emerging areas including UltraViolet, Master QC and library services.

The Digital TV division’s technical environment is capable of replicating the transmission of digital television signals for major cable providers and a complete testing service for smart TV manufacturers.

The Games division works on some of the world’s biggest franchises on multiple platforms, while the Software division tests everything from mobile applications and Web sites to online payment tools.

“When a studio has spent millions of dollars producing and marketing a valuable entertainment property, the consumer needs to enjoy it as intended,” McGarvey says. “Assuring that our partners release a top quality product is something that we are privileged to do. Many classic films and TV series have been rigorously tested by Testronic. Skipping this process would be akin to falling at the final hurdle.”

Testronic is looking forward to a strong year as its infrastructure grows to support both current and future demands.

“This is an exciting time in Testronic’s history. We are restructuring for further growth, and the new brand development is an important part of this. It will allow us to clearly communicate the range of services that Testronic offers and assist internal communication across our business lines,” McGarvey says.
